Rhett Hintze is the president and founder of StateSource, a provider of strategic public-sector procurement services.

With over 20 years of experience, Rhett specializes in developing effective procurement and marketing strategies for private-sector companies engaged in public sector procurement, particularly within Pennsylvania's state government.

His expertise lies in technology-oriented procurements, where he offers valuable go-to-market strategies and insights that enhance government relations, marketing, and sales efforts.

Prior to founding StateSource, Rhett was the chief operating officer for Bravo Group, a Pennsylvania-based strategic communications firm where he also helped clients with procurement needs as a the lead procurement strategist for Bravo's government relations clients. 

Earlier in his career, Rhett held positions within Pennsylvania state government working with the Chief Information Officer in the Governor's Office of Administration / Office of Information Technology, and in the Governor's Policy Office.
